Luis  Blanchard 

Argentine  artist, born in 1947. Starting painting at the age of 17, and after many exhibitions
in his country, and abroad, he is recognized as an authentic creator .
He started investigating about precolumbian Art, and the relations between it ,and the Asiatic
cultures.  This allowed him to develop a very original image,  an authentic creation, far away
from perishable fashions.
A self made man, he went to school of arts , when he was 37 , becoming a National Professor
of Painting.,and a Licensed at Visual Arts .

at the Department of Culture, city of La Rioja since 1981.
